Telephones

Telephones are provided in each room. Patients may receive calls in their room from 8 am. To 10 p.m. Local and toll-free calls may be made at any time from the room by dialing 9 and the number. Long distance and toll calls can be made collect or charged to your telephone credit card by dialing:

Long distance calls cannot be charged to your room. Your family and friends can call you in your room by dialing 247-5040 and asking for you by name or your room number.

Food and Nutritional Services
Wholesome, nourishing, and well-balanced meals are an important part of your treatment and recovery. Llano Memorial Hospital makes every effort to provide nutritious meals that are prepared according to your doctor’s orders.
Guest trays must be requested 3 hours in advance by calling the dietary department at extension 2234.
Vending machines are available in the Dining Room as well as the Emergency Department Waiting Area.

Television

Color television sets with basic cable are provided free of charge in each room.

Tobacco Free

Llano Memorial Hospital, Hoerster Clinics, and all related facilities joined the ranks of countless other health care systems across the country and is now a Tobacco Free campus.  We are acutely aware that being in a  hospital may be a stressful time for patients and family members and may increase their desire to smoke.  Patients will be provided medicine to help them deal with the absence of tobacco while in the hospital.  Smoking or the use of any tobacco products by patients, staff and visitors is prohibited.  We appreciate your cooperation.
