Llano Memorial Healthcare System operates a full-service Laboratory 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in the hospital, utilizing computerized equipment coupled with a laboratory information system to ensure accuracy, quality care and speed.   Laboratory services are also offered at our rural health clinics located in Llano, Kingsland, Marble Falls, San Saba, Horseshoe Bay and Mason.

Accreditation
Llano Memorial Hospital Laboratory as well as the clinic laboratories is fully accredited by COLA with proficiency testing monitored by the American Proficiency Institute.  LMHS Laboratory testing personnel are all ASCP, AMT, or NCA certified.
